I’m so excited about the return of this series. The idea behind “Inside The Mind of a Poet” was to sit back and unpack the poetry along with the events that inspired it. This time around we’ve tweaked things a bit and I get to sit in the hot seat while producer Calvin takes over as host. So basically he picks a poem that has already been released for your listening pleasure and we dive into everything that went into the making of it. In this episode we did just that with “In My Mother’s Shoes” S3 E8 and it was every bit the therapy session I thought it would be. As you listen I hope it’s as good for you as it was for me.
