The first episode that we needed without first realizing we needed it. The life story of Coach Gil is so refreshing and inspiring. The story of a man who did exactly what society expects of him, but yet, still wasn’t happy. Something we all as men, especially black men, can relate to. They tell us to cross every T and dot every I but that doesn’t guarantee content, satisfaction or content. You have to find your own definition of happiness. And that Coach Gil did, after trials and tribulations of course. But he still did it. And then how his story transitions into the lives of many, while changing lives and helping give second chances. This man is a real life hero. Please if you are in the Philadelphia area, please go check out and support Coach Gil at WAVE NUTRITION in Germantown. Be part of his program or just hear his story.
