Ep 7: When's the last time you looked forward to Monday? It's possible when you're doing work you love. Sometimes it is right in front of you and sometimes you have to search for it. It takes a combination of passion, purpose and satisfaction and it took me years to recognize that the very thing God had placed in front of me – the thing I loved – was exactly what I needed…BWFwoman.

Doing work you love all comes down to examining your gifts, your skills and the unique combination of what you overcame in your life to find your sweet spot. Your gifts are those things you do well naturally – things you may have taken for granted in the past. Your skills come from skills or work experience, and the things you overcame allow you to have the empathy that people who are where you were really need.

Walking through divorce was one of the most difficult things that I never knew I would make it through. I had no idea that out of the pain of that process that God would create space in my heart for healing…not just for me, but for so many other women who needed it.

It's easy to know your gifts and skills, but once you include what you overcame, finding the path to the work you love becomes clear. What do you have that you can offer the world?
