Today's interview is with Terry Harris, a former NBA G League player who transitioned into real estate development. Terry purchased his first property in Delaware while he was still in the G League and he tripled his $35,000 G League salary in just a year after selling the property.

He eventually moved to California and started wholesaling and flipping properties. Terry's turning point came when he realized the possibilities in real estate development. He built his first luxury home in California and hasn't looked back. Currently, Terry has more luxury homes and large apartment buildings in various phases of development, for a total of over 70 units under development.
