I don’t really care for instructing others on “How To” as it’s often an over simplified 1-10 robotic list of quick-fix directives not at all tailored to one’s individual experience; but here we are, providing a few dope ass how to self care options in a non-directive way. ? Maquita Donyel and Carter Sade take a moment to discuss exactly how this self care thing looks, how they manage to work it into their lives individually and through their intimate relationships, and discuss how it can elevate you/your purpose/your walk in God and on this earth. They also briefly touch on the depth and yet lightness of insecurities and the effect it can have on your walk.
