How Do We Handle Hard Times in Life?

The only ‘problem’ we ever have is forgetfulness of God, of Truth, of felt-Love.  The moment we acknowledge Love’s presence where we are, we simultaneously acknowledge the non-reality of the problem.  Only Love is Here.  And in this Love, there are no problems.  Today’s Quote:  “This pain, this problem is part of my initiation. Its purpose is to make me unsee the problem. I must accept the challenge of the initiation.  And not be tempted to deny the Presence, the Power and the Allness of the Spirit of God. My initiation will be as long as I  want it to be– 500 years or 5 hours. My initiation must continue until I  reach that place where I put up my sword, where I seek no defense, where I am not fooled into removing what I think is ‘my problem’.  See it as a counterfeit.  Every pain is a counterfeit. Every anxiety, every fear is a counterfeit.  My initiation is over the moment I know this and can rest in the Peace of the Father’s Presence, needing no power to overcome the counterfeit of lack, limits or fear.  Then I’m in the state of acceptance of the realization that God is the only power. Now I am not asking god to come into my world and make it better.  I am saying there is no work that needs to be done, there is only your kingdom.”  – Herb Fitch  Today’s Practice:  When a problem presents itself, immediately shift into: 1. your mantra, like, Only Love is Here, and/or 2. the Silence that is before, after, and pervading your mantra and/or 3. the Love that is in the Silence I immediately turn to the Love, but going straight to your mantra is just as powerful. The words gently guide you to the direct contact with your true Self, with Love, with the solution to every seeming problem.
