Where are you on the smoking weed and gun ownership conversation / argument?  If it is not your thing, you can skip this episode.  This week I am just talking about guns and weed.  I am not a consumer of marijuana but I learned some stuff I want to share with those that do.   Under federal law, Americans are forced to choose between having a medical marijuana card or giving up their inalienable right to bear arms. 

It’s a federal felony to own a gun and use marijuana. Moreover, using marijuana medically or recreationally automatically makes the purchase, ownership, and transfer of guns a high-level federal violation with penalties of up to $250,000 fines and ten years in federal prison.
