Pisciotta initially filed a lawsuit for sexual harassment but has been upgraded to sexual battery.  

Rihanna did an interview and said that she is not married because A$AP Rockey is not ready to pop the question yet. But Rihanna did say that while she is not married, she does have hood wife duties.
