The Texas state senate has passed a bill that will allow the state to retroactively collect child support from the time of conception, and not from birth. It has not been signed by the governor as of yet, so it is not a law. But the Question of the Day is should child support start at conception or at birth? Former NFL player, Joe Barksdale joins Jasmine Sanders on Talking All That Jazz. Barksdale is talking about Autism Acceptance Month as he was diagnosed as autistic when he was an adult.
