Shannon called and left a voicemail for Asking for a Friend. Her child’s father is going to jail. The father and his new wife have filed for full custody of their child and Shannon agreed. Now the stepmother and father want the mother to take her child while he is in jail. Her new boyfriend does not get along with her child and she thinks if her son moves in, her new man will leave her and she will be alone and doesn’t want to be alone.
