Cynthia Erivo is getting massive backlash for her being casted as Jesus, in the Broadway play, “Jesus Christ: Superstar.” People do not like the fact that a lesbian woman is depicting Jesus. Erivo just wants people to deal with it and that Broadway is “one of the gayest places on Earth.” 

There is a town in the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas that the people of the town are making it a white only town. A video of a man surfaced with him stating that they want to preserve the American culture. For the Question of the Day, D.L. asks if listeners are upset about the only white town in Arkansas. Also, Sybil Wilkes spoke about Texas Democrats leaving the state again. This is in retaliation for the redistricting showdown happening in the state of Texas. Gov. Abbott is looking to the Supreme Court to remove certain Democrats.
