From Political Strength to Liability 

Is President Trump coming to terms with the potential fallout of his immigration policies? For more than a week, his administration has tried to adjust its rhetoric on the crackdown in Minneapolis. Yesterday, border czar Tom Homan announced 700 agents would immediately leave the city, and then the president told NBC, “Maybe we can use a little bit of a softer touch.”
