Serving isn’t just about helping others—it’s a powerful act that connects you to something bigger than yourself. It shifts your focus, helps you grow emotionally and spiritually, and uncovers hidden gifts and talents you didn’t even know you had.

I share why service is so important and how it’s showing up in my life this year. From creating women’s support groups at my dad’s church in Columbus to smaller, everyday acts like sharing resources or affirming my friends, I’ve learned that service can take many forms. It’s not just community service or grand gestures—it’s showing up where you’re needed and giving what you have without expecting anything in return.

We’ll explore how serving can be a tool for healing, connection, and gratitude. Whether you’re unsure of your purpose or just want to make an impact, this episode will inspire you to see service in a whole new way.
