Episode 84: “The Breakfast Sub” (w/ Charlie MaSheen, Shanelle Shante, & KASH)

There are some new and exciting changes being made on the show, which tend to naturally happen with anything done on a high level and with purpose. One of the changes are the newest face of the podcast, the beautiful and multi-talented Shanelle Shante! She's very excited to be here just as we are to have her and we can't wait for our supporters to fall in love with what she brings to the team, as all of our hosts are very different and excellent within their own rights. A mother of two, entrepreneur and devoted woman who's been in a long-term relationship, she's giving us another perspective of how she navigates through her life. 

What we know is inevitable are the comparisons to our first permanent co-host ever, the melanin-poppin, Bellez (Big Bellez from a Big Block 🤣) who's stole the hearts of many of our core supporters since her first appearance on episode 39. In what seems to be transitioned in an Aunt Viv from Fresh Prince fashion is, on the contrary, a decision that was made by Bellez to move out of Boston and pursue her acting career full time. We've know for some time this would happen but the way we wanted to do things for Bellez's departure changed last minute due to unforeseeable circumstances. We love what Bellez brings to the show and she will always be a part of our team, on and off the screen! We wish her the best with the utmost love and respect, and can't wait to see her name on the big screen! 

As the show must go on, we definitely wanted to keep a Black woman's perspective alive in our culture so we welcome Shanelle Shante with open arms and had a great conversation to introduce her as a new permanent fixture.
