Episode 202: “Champion Sound” (w/ DeevoDaGenius)

Since joining the team over at #TheSoundLab Recording Studio, we were immediately immersed into a diverse set of creatives on many levels. One of said musicians is the #Lowell raised producer #DeevoDaGenius ‼️ A former college basketball star, he took that competitive edge from the court and put it into Hip Hop and hit the ground running once he linked up with the likes of The SoundLab’s owner #211 & resident producer/engineer #JRose. Deevo has made a name for himself pretty quickly with his sound and also curation collaborative events like his Genius Camp series and making music with some of the scene’s rising stars. He also has the laugh and energy that will demand the attention of any room!
This week join #CharlieMaSheen, #GinaRodriguez, & #KASH as we host DeevaDaGenius in a conversation about his music, what he’s been able to accomplish thus far w/ the team at the studio, his influences in music, his upcoming project “Champion Sound” & SO MUCH MORE‼️ He also brought some close collaborators with him #NajeeJaney & #Reef to deliver some #RedCupsAndRap freestyles to tied the whole thing together!
