In this episode, we talk about the different emotional states of men and if age plays a factor in that. What are the differences between being emotionally intelligent, emotionally aware and emotional? Ty and I talk about the differences in our upbringings and how that affects how we handle current day situations. Additionally, we talk about the growth mindset when it comes to business, dating and friendships.

Final Wellness Project thoughts.

The process of the Wellness project was life changing for both of us. We learned so much about mental, physical and spiritual health.

Tinder

Ty talks about his experiences with tinder and how it shaped his view on dating and women. Additionally, he spoke about how he changed that and why it was important for him to discontinue the use. I just ask alot of questions about the app. This conversation was funny but informative for me.

Generation Z emotions

We talk about how Ty believes millennials are a lot better at handling everyday situations. He thinks most people react extremely to minor situations. What role does social media play in their thought processes? This conversation is great for people who experience a wide range of emotions everyday.
