Episode 150 “Wellness Project part 4” ft. Dr. Daryl Johnson

In part 4 of the wellness project I interview Dr.Daryl is known as Your Favorite Couples Therapist. She is the founder and CEO of Dr. Daryl Johnson Consulting, LLC and influential Instagram therapist behind @dr.daryljohnson. As a psychologist, licensed couples therapist, and relationship coach, she has helped her clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Dr.Daryl is a level 1 trained Gottman Method couples therapist. Her personal, professional and research has equipped her to be able to identify what separates thriving couples from surviving couples.  She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Philosophy at Gettysburg College, a Master’s Degree in Counseling at Trinity Washington University, and hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Northcentral University.  She has worked as a victim specialist for Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency as well as a social worker aid for the District of Columbia Superior Court. Provided therapeutic services to incarcerated individuals in Washington, DC, an adjunct psychology professor, and served as a mental health provider at a mental health and medical clinic. . . MILLENNIALS VS THE WORLD WELLNESS MEDIA PROJECT 2022 is a 5 part project! The project will be via instagram and YouTube.The purpose of this project is to highlight and bring awareness to they multiple layers of wellness. The vision for this project is to create an interactive experience that captures the multiple dimension of wellness. Every week of June, we will drop a photoshoot, promo, wellness clip  and podcast episode for each participant. .
