Elizabeth Santiago combined her holistic health care as well as her skin care to impact the world. Listen to how she healed people externally and internally in Episode #10.
Taneice Lewis is a native of Trenton, New Jersey. She owns Shear Bliss Hair Lounge & Spa and is the author of the book, “Pray for Rain”. She is a newlywed as well as a brand-new mom who opted to give birth her way. With her husband, midwife and doula, she delivered her healthy child at her home under her own conditions.
As a woman who can be defined as motivated and determined, she learned her strength from her grandmother who raised her. Due to her being raised around an older community, people have told her she has an “old soul.” Ever since she was 14, she wanted to own her own business. She knew entrepreneurship was her life’s path. After a negative interaction with a salon that didn’t know how to properly dye her hair, she found inspiration for her salon that caters to women who suffer from hair loss.
When she opened the salon, it was difficult. She wrote “Pray for Rain” as a testimonial to adversity. This book enables women to get their business started and promote their business. One of her suggestions: utilize YELP Reviews and offer incentives to help your business grow.
