Before we jump into today’s topic, I want to take a moment to acknowledge a milestone for this podcast. This is the 100th episode of this podcast! I started this podcast 3 years ago back in 2018. It was during one of the lowest points of my life. Nothing was going right. I am talking to the point whereby I was wondering if I should I even go outside.  It seemed like storm clouds were following me everywhere.
