Cancel culture has evolved rapidly to mean vastly different things to different people. Cancel culture, the phenomenon of promoting the “canceling” of people, brands and even shows and movies due to what some consider to be offensive or problematic remarks or ideologies, isn’t all that new. But has cancel culture taken on new definition of being toxic, for clout? Again, do we really need cancel culture for everything that we disagree with?
