She launched her real estate business three years ago as a single mom by renovating the home she was living in with her daughter and selling it for above asking price in just 10 days. Realizing the power of this investment, she used the $70,000 profit and paid off half of her personal debt and the other half she used to secure a hard money loan to fund her next Real Estate Investment deal.
