Ep 67: The Power of Celebrating Yourself

Celebrating others and ourselves is the focus of this episode on The Power of Celebrating Yourself. Such a fun episode and we drop plenty of gems on how to celebrate yourself, other people, and showing gratitude to those who celebrate you.

We kicked off the episode celebrating Lynda and her family and the accomplishments of her son, Miles. He plays college basketball for Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. They just won the NCAA Division III National Championship in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jeanette and Shauna shared in Lynda’s excitement and has been following this journey with Lynda over the years. Each of us have on Randolph-Macon shirts in the episode and be sure to watch the video! It is a fun time!

Be sure to celebrate yourself and how can you do this? Everything from writing down your wins for the week, reciting them aloud, and grabbing a friend and kicking off a celebration. Bring the balloons, streamers, confetti – bring it all because you deserve it!
