The Power of Happiness is our episode 64 this week and we are bringing it to you with lots of laughter while taking a little break to have some fun. Recently on social media, we posted about our happy meter being on 10. Shauna, Lynda, and Jeanette each shared what that post meant to them with Lynda being proud to share the post and the picture to go with it!

Happiness is a choice. You can choose happiness and it is like a fork in the road; where things in your life could go either way depending on how you approach a situation. Checking your happy meter and finding ways to stay present and in touch with how you are feeling on any given day. One big thing with staying on the happiness path is not being stuck in the past. Going with the flow and with ease.
