This episode with Dan Wynn was epic! Dan is currently a Finance Officer in the Army. He founded the Military CashFlow education platform to help other servicemembers build wealth and create passive cash flow through real estate. Dan started his investing journey working on fix and flip projects for free in college to learn about rehabbing properties. When he read Automatic Millionaire, his mindset on money and investing changed instantly.

His first investment was a single family home in Jacksonville, Florida. When a home across the street sold for $110,000, he did a cash out refinance and used the money to buy his first multi unit property in Columbus, Georgia. From there, he purchased several other single family homes, another 4 unit property. He sold his single family homes and plans to get into large syndication deals and continue to grow Military Cashflow in the future.

1. Be patient when looking for properties. You may have to analyze over 100 deals before finding the right one. Be patient and don’t give up.
