The Power of Alignment is our Episode 55 this week as we continue our power series this season. This episode is power packed and we talk about inner alignment and how harmony in our lives allows us to adjust and shift towards consistency and walk in our purpose.
Consistency is tied to energy and how we feel each day. Taking the steps to better sleep, more water, fresh air, alone time, and most importantly, who you surround yourself with on a daily basis. Think about when your car is out of alignment. It may pull to the left or to the right depending on what needs to be adjusted.
Shauna started a Reflections series as part of her brand and this focuses on doing the internal work and letting go of things that do not serve you.
