Hey Friendz! Seems as though we managed to whip up an episode for this week despite how chaotic life has gotten. Joined by podcast host of Sweetened with Ash Lemonade and might I say longtime guest of the podcast, Ashley shows up and out as she always does. Both Ashley and Syd had the pleasure of celebrating the 1-Year Anniversary of their podcasts. While the endeavour has allowed both women to tap into another side of their creativity, everything comes with challenges. Yet despite them, both women are still triumphing through and assessing the best way to reach their goals. Also, LMAO at the pause break while Ashley checked on her neckbones. We love duality.
