In this segment, Louise McMilan shares how her personal struggles with mental health came in the form of anxiety and depression. Then life threw her a curve ball in the form of Breast Cancer which was one of the best things that ever happened to her.

WHO IS LOUISE?

Louise McMilan is an Inspirational Speaker on her personal experience of mental health and Breast Cancer. By her own admission, Louise has lived with limiting self-belief and lack of self-confidence for most of her life. She really understands the anxieties that arise and stop you from doing what you really want whether this is in your professional or personal life. It took Louise to be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 to help her change how she viewed herself.

Louise says she’s “been through the fire … and received the most valuable lesson of all – to start living the life she wants now”.… today.
