Ep. 25 This Is America

This week, the Senate attempted to convict former president Donald Trump for inciting the insurrection at the Capitol building. During that insurrection, many politicians, including President Joe Biden made statements that "this is not America," but it DID happen in America. Today, on the Urban Politician we will be discussing the realities of America through the artistic perspective of the movie American Skin. 

This IS America and America is diverse. How do we create real policy changes without real political allies? Without them, voter suppression is dangerous to everyone and gerrymandering will keep us divided.
