Ep. 128 “The Sexologist”

Jay talks with sex therapist Meyonna Swavaye about how communication, comprehension, and body language can improve anyones sexual experience. —————————————————————MeYonna SwaVave born and raised in
Detroit, Michigan. Has always had a passion for
education but particularly sex education. Since a child
her curiosity on sex was always something people
thought was unnecessary to have, however her
mother would always answer every question she could
answer rather the answer was vivid or could be
explained well for a child to fully understand. As a
teenage, MeYonna would study sexually transmitted
infections and would talk to her friends about it if they
may of had questions. MeYonna graduated from
Michigan State University with her bachelors in Family
Community Services, minor in Women and Gender
Studies, and specialization in LGBT
studies. She
eventually continued her studies as a sexologist
through the Dr. Rachel Institute and is currently
studying for her Masters in Public Health.
