For the second straight weekend, Deion Sanders and Colorado absolutely dominated the transfer portal in a way that few teams are doing. Sanders brought in five more transfers to bolster this Colorado roster. I break down where they came from, and what I think there possible roles and ceilings could be in Boulder.
