Defending Opportunities

God’s thoughts are higher, and His plans are always good. In Paul’s second letter to the Corinthians, he continues to defend his ministry. In verse 14, we are encouraged by the mindful transition from sorrow to joy.

Like Paul, we will encounter people or groups that will frustrate and cause pain to our hearts. (2 Corinthians 2:3-4)

But we must remember:

1. Disobedience is rebellion against the Lord. (2 Corinthians 2:9)
2. To forgive the offenders. (2 Corinthians 2:5)
3. God is in control. (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)
