Toye teaches high performing CEO moms how to live a healthier lifestyle without going crazy. In Episode 17, we discussed her 8-step health strategy program that teaches moms how to re-define their priorities of health- mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally AND nutritionally, the primary and secondary sources of food, and the importance of leaving a legacy of health and wellness.
