New questions and growing anger on what could have been done to prevent the deadliest wildfire in the U.S. In more than a century. The death toll is rising, and it is possible more than 1,000 people are still unaccounted for. Tonight, FEMA is telling CBS news that many people died in their homes, and it may take years to identify all the remains. Officials say just 40% of the impacted area has been searched.
