In this episode I discuss  the implications of the Los Angeles rent deadline.  Tenants had until Aug. 1 to pay any missing rent due between March 2020 to September 2021. For rent due between October 2021 to Jan. 31, tenants have until February 2024 to pay the missing rent. We also shed light on the unseen victims – the struggling 'mom and pop' landlords who have been left out in the cold.
