Biden Warns Putin Not To Invade Ukraine

President Biden warns Vladimir Putin not to invade Ukraine as evidence emerges of Russia amassing a large military presence at its border. The White House reports that Biden looked Putin “in the eye” during a video call and said the U.S. is prepared to do things it didn’t when Russia annexed Crimea in 2014 in violation of international law. Former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, Admiral James Stavridis (Ret.) joins to discuss this escalating situation.
