Ask-A-Therapist Ep 15 – My Partner’s Too Broke For Me

Join us at our upcoming 3-part group therapy program coming up on the 1st of March. We have partnered with Shamiri health on this, who are an organization committed to you actualizing your best self, through therapy. 

It will be led by registered clinical & counselling psychologists, and the sessions are aimed at helping you:

•⁠ ⁠Identify red flags
•⁠ ⁠Navigate conflict in intimate relationships
•⁠ ⁠Build healthy boundaries in intimate relationships and so much more. 

Joining this group means you will be committing to attend all 3 sessions: 

•⁠ ⁠1st session is on the 1st of March from 10:30 – 12noon
•⁠ ⁠2nd session is on the 5th of April from 10:30 – 12noon
•⁠ ⁠3rd session is on the 3rd of May from 10:30 – 12noon
