“The Beginning” #420ishfestival

Germain Green and Lakeesha “Klu” Atkinson stop by WAGM Studio. Germain and Klu talks about some of the in and out of planning such a big festival. 420ish Festival was on April 23-24, 2022 in Portsmouth, Va at the Sportsplex. The festival had various local artists and main stream artists. Saturday consisted of rap artists and Sunday was reggae artists. Germain states that “it was a lot of non believers that couldn’t see the vision and you can’t expect people to see your vision”. Klu states that an “event organizer never enjoys themselves when they are planning an event and sometimes you forget to eat”. 420ish festival will be back 2023 bigger and better with acts such as……
