On this podcast we will discussing various topics through a Black, Queer, Feminist Lens. Our goal is elevate, educate, and empower those of us in the Black Queer community, and also to help our supporters and allies to become more knowledgeable about what we need as far as support!   

On this episode Mikey conducts an interview with the Atlanta-based comedian Kyndra Crump. Throughout this hilarious conversation, we learn quite a bit about what it takes to be a comedian ESPECIALLY as a black woman. They chat about how men dominate in the field of comedy, so much to the point that in order for women to get a piece of the pie, they have exchange sexual favors. In the conversation, you also find out the complexities of speaking about black experiences when they intersect with other identities, particularly the LGBTQIA+ community.
