#243 – Build Something So Unshakable That Nobody Can Take It Down

Have you ever spent YEARS building something only to have someone come along and try to tear it down?

I have.

And today I'm telling a story I've never told publicly before.

It happened backstage at one of my favorite shows, and while it definitely hurt at the time, it taught me something much bigger about reputation, consistency and the things we build over time.

We're talking about:

• What happens when someone tries to damage what you've built
 • Why consistency matters more than you realize
 • Building something that can withstand a storm
 • Why I don't want my future controlled by one boss, producer or casting director
