When it comes to relationships, a lot of people have a set idea of what gender roles should be. Often times, we assume that men should take the lead and make all of the big decisions, while women are more inclined to operate in the shadows. While this can certainly lead to some success within relationships, there is no denying that these outdated gender norms are holding us back in many ways.
