dear diary #7, are you healed or just alone? time to make friends

Say it with me “Integration Phase”!!! How can you know how much you’ve truly changed if you’re afraid to actually interact with anyone? You’re delusional if you think you’re as healed as you seem to be alone without actual proof in the form of relationships with others. I know that the past was hard & you learned some hard lessons but it wasn’t for nothing, give yourself a chance. That’s just me talking to me.
