When it comes to podcasting in Boston–especially Black culture podcasts, BNF Podcast was one of the first to gain large traction within the city back in 2016. When Charlie MaSheen began CWTFB Radio in January, he actually credits BNF as being one of the platforms which inspired him to start podding. For many different reasons, BNF Podcast dismantled a few years back which left a void in the Boston podcast space for their raw and street culture inspired topics. However, a few months back one third of the original BNF crew and nightlife promoter, Woody–or Dmal to friends, revamped the brand and stepped back into the media scene.
Join us as we welcome Woody to the couch in this 1 on 1 talk with Chizz. If you follow Woody on social media, you would know he is an open book and often shares his point of view in a very extreme, raw, and unadulterated manner, which didn't change on this episode at all. Dmal touches on many topics such as the Boston/MA music scene as always, his mother passing in 2019 and how that changed him, relationships (including his last one), his brand, his sponsor Puff n Creme, and much more! The fellas shared many laughs and challenged each other with their stances, including some things involving certain Boston socialites.
