Ukraine’s President Zelensky refuses to confirm or deny ordering an airstrike which resulted in a direct hit on a Russian fuel depot containing millions of gallons of fuel. That, as satellite images show Russian forces are gone from an airport outside of Kyiv, now the site of Ukraine’s first big victory. And, the next round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia resume, with Zelensky’s chief of staff telling CNN he has a “very, very small portion of optimism”.
