▪ Muriel Lillian is the author of her first book released in October 2023 titled, I Am Done Believing You : Move On From The Lies You Believed And Discover Your Truth. Available now on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and is also available in eBook and audio book formats.  Muriel was very proud that her book achieved an Amazon Best Seller ranking in its first few days of being released in the categories of Love and Loss as well as in Death and Grief.

▪ Professionally, Muriel is a Sr. Manager for a disability insurance organization and has been working for 25 plus years in the industry. Muriel oversees a team of case specialists that administer disability claims for individuals that have physical or behavioral health conditions that impact their ability to function in life and within their occupation.

▪ Muriel was born in Boston, Mass and raised in Cape Cod Mass in the town of Mashpee. Muriel is happily married to her husband Sherief and has 4 biological children (3 sons and 1 daughter) from her first marriage, she has another son given to her by God and 3 bonus sons from her current husband . Muriel is a proud grandmother of 3 with one more on the way. Muriel has attained a bachelor’s degree in business management achieving Summa Cum Laude accolades. In addition, she has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal justice and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.

▪ Muriel’s work and life experience is what propelled her to write her book to share her story with others. Muriel has been impacted by issues of teen pregnancy, domestic violence, depression, divorce, death and grief; Yet, Muriel stepped out on faith to share her testimony in her book in order to reach women who are stuck in a place where they do not know who they are in Christ, and to encourage them to discover their truth and what the word of God says about them. Through journaling and seeking God’s face, Muriel has been able to broaden her knowledge of who she is after her life shifted in a direction she did not expect.
