The Signs It’s Time to Slow Down [Before Your Body Forces You To] Episode 164 podcast

CBS Evening News, 02/20/26 podcast
In the morning you have to be aware that that’s not you stretching,
that’s not you sleepy,
groggy,
not wanting to get out of bed.
It’s just an image,
just an appearance.
And then you watch them get up,
and you watch them walk to the bathroom,
and all the while you’re knowing, “that’s not me.”
“Nothing is happening.”
“Only Love is here.”
While that one brushes its teeth and looks in the mirror,
that’s not you.
Remember like it says in the Gospel of Thomas,
you have to make your image just an image.
Your foot becomes just a foot.
That’s just a hand.
That’s just a body, not your body.
That’s how you get free.
This the Truth that sets you free.
You have to live It.
You have to realize that He’s living you.
In the secret book of John, He says,
“I am the Providence of everything.
I became like my own human children.
I existed from the first.
I walked down every possible road.
I am of the wealth of the life.
I am the remembering of the fullness…
Trace back your roots to Me.”
I Love you,
nik

“As you observe the thoughts they disappear, but more come, more come, and even when you’re finished with them from this life, they’ll come to you from a previous life. It never stops. So you have to keep asking the question, “To whom do they come? To whom do they come?” And keep observing and following the I thought, and doing nothing, and one day it will all be gone, and you’ll be free. But you have to have patience and persistence.” Robert Adams
