This interview with Storm Leroy was powerful! Storm is a fellow Brooklynite has been a real estate investor for over 20 years. His first property was a brownstone in the Bed Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn. Overtime, he sold one of his Brooklyn properties, started networking and decided to start investing out of state. 

His first out of state investments were in Indianapolis and he’s also invested in Milwaukee, Alabama, Georgia, Cleveland and Memphis. He’s owned over 20 units with more on the way. This interview was jam packed with gems. 

In this interview we discuss his business model, the advantages of investing out of state, the importance of a family trust and more.
