Deion Sanders and the Buffs are misunderstood

Deion Sanders and Colorado have been a very popular subject this offseason, but even despite all of the attention the national media and fans elsewhere don’t understand the program. Athlon Sport’s Kevin Borba breaks down where people are going wrong when talking about the Buffs whether it be their transfer portal methods, or them going 1-11 last season. You cannot criticize them for going 1-11 and then be upset that Deion Sanders is using the portal in a way we’ve never seen before.

I break down his final list of schools, and why I can see him picking Colorado. I also break down what may prevent the Buffs from landing him on Friday, due to their depth at the safety position. Despite going to Campbell, Rowser was a highly touted four-star recruit, who held offers from Alabama, Michigan, and Arkansas among many other Power 5 programs.
