Take Off Your Mind.

Amma says, “when we accept everything is God’s Will, all our burdens are taken away.”

And Rumi said, “the moment you accept what troubles you’ve been given,

the door will open,

the fog will clear,

 and you’ll see that the body and mind were a part of the fog, too.

Do what you have never done…

Accept it.

Accept the situation.

Stop in the middle of it and see through it.

Stop in the middle of paying that bill and see through it.

Stop in the middle of checking your bank balance and see through it.

Stop in the middle of that doctor’s appointment and see through it.

Stop in the middle of that meeting-  the meeting is still going on, they don’t know what you’re doing.

But you’re shifting inside.

You’re shifting outside too.

Because there isn’t two.

Keep seeing through.
