After growing up in a small town in Texas, Freddie Percell-Crumpton decided to join the Army as a means of providing a brighter future for her child as a single mother. Upon completing 10 years of service as a cook throughout the U.S. and overseas, Freddie made it her mission to continue to be of service to the veteran community.

While serving as a patient advocate for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Freddie is viewed as the subject matter expert by providing vital internal and external information to not only veterans but also to executives, and staff at various levels of clinical operations. Listen in as Freddie drops nuggets to ensure transitioning service members and veterans know what it takes to get their much deserved veteran benefits.
