In our wide-ranging conversation, Kyle and I chat about his dynamic and successful 24 plus year career in the fashion industry in which he is known for launching the careers of some of the most sought-after models to ever hit the world stage. His clients have included the likes of Heidi Klum, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Joan Smalls, Naomi Campbell, Shalom Harlow, and Kate Upton to name a few. Kyle has also been a huge advocate for diversity in fashion through his time as a manager and agency executive. We also chat about his childhood in New Jersey, attending Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, coming out as a gay man to his Mother who also happens to be queer.
